  • Model FV05B+C/5Y-1000PVNS is a Type 1+2 (Class I+II) DC surge protection device (SPD) designed for 1000 Vdc photovoltaic systems, complying with EN50539-11, IEC61643-31 and DIN VDE0675-6 B+C standards.
  • It provides three protection modes: (+)-PE, (-)-PE and (+)-(-). Featuring 5 kA impulse discharge current (10/350μs), 20 kA nominal discharge current (8/20μs) and ≤3800 V voltage protection level, it delivers fast ≤25 ns response time with low leakage and standby power loss.
  • Equipped with mechanical fault indicator (green for normal, red for replacement) and remote alarm contact, this IP20 gray SPD uses UL94 V-0 flame-retardant housing, mounts on standard 35mm DIN rails indoors, accepts 6–35 mm² connecting cables, and works reliably at -40°C to +80°C up to 2000 m altitude.
