FATECH FMP10D-500PVS, FMP10D-670PVS and FMP20c-1000PVS are professional photovoltaic DC surge protective devices, specially developed for the DC side of photovoltaic systems.Covering mainstream PV DC rated voltages of 500Vdc, 600Vdc and 1000Vdc, the series adopts comprehensive protection modes including (+/-)-(-/+), (+/-)-PE and (-/+)-PE. FMP10D series belongs to Class III/D/Type3, while FMP20c-1000PVS is Class II/C/Type2, meeting different lightning protection grading requirements.With Imax up to 20kA and 40kA, nominal discharge current 10kA and 20kA, and voltage protection level as low as ≤1.8kV~≤3.2kV, they feature ultra‑high isolation resistance over 1000MΩ, extremely low leakage current and standby power consumption. The segmented response time reaches ≤25 ns for pole-to-pole and ≤100 ns for pole-to-earth protection.Designed for PCB board welding installation, equipped with UL94V‑0 flame retardant housing, mechanical status indicator (Green: OK, Red: Replace) and integrated remote control contact, this PV SPD series ensures high stability and safety in harsh outdoor temperature environments, ideal for built-in surge protection of photovoltaic modules and DC combiner boxes.
