We established an independent testing laboratory, including reliability testing laboratory, environmental aging testing laboratory, release testing laboratory, which can be performed tests below:
1) Impulse current generator (160kA@8/20μS, and 25kA@10/350μS) -- it is stimulate lightning strike on SPDs, and to check whether SPD can afford it. The test is arranged according to IEC61643-11 and IEC61643-31. For FV20C series SPDs, it will be 15 times 20kA (5 times per group), and then 2 times 40kA peak current. As it is damaging test, after the test, products cannot be used, it is arranged for every lots products out-going, and it is sampling test.
2) Thermal stability tester
3) Salt Spray Chamber - raw material test
4) Multi-function Varistor Tester - routine tests, test items is varistor voltage, leakage current, and a value test, 100% test.
5) On-line Aging Tester - stimulating application voltage, and to check the aging time. Usually, it is 1000hours.
6) 1.2/50 Voltage Impulse Generator -Class I & Class III SPD tests
7) Environment Stimulating Tester - stimulating application environment.
8) Lightning Surge Counter Tester - stimulating SPD function.
We are now exporting more than 100 countries and areas, mainly in Europe, Asia (Including Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Veitnam and so on), Latin-America, and Middle East, Our global partner including Siemens, Ericsson, Telefonica-Movie and so on. We are also selling to China, mainly for lightning protection engineering company, distribution cabinet company, and has partnership cooperation with several companies in China too.
