1. The non-zero display is not a quality issue, nor are the products refurbished or second-hand
All factory-supplied counters are 100% brand new and original, with no prior use, repair or refurbishment The non-zero reading is a normal production phenomenon in the industry and does not indicate any malfunction or pre-owned condition.
2. Core reason for the non-zero initial value
This counter model does not have a reset function by design.Both the raw components and finished products undergo mandatory power-on function and performance testing before delivery.Counting records are generated during testing.Since the device has no reset mechanism ,the displayed reading remains within the range of 9 to 13. This is normal test data retention and not a product abnormality.
3. Usage Instructions
The initial non-zero value will not affect counting accuracy,performance or service life in any way.The counter operates accurately and stably,and can be used directly as-is without any extra operation.
