Expanding Overseas Operations, Deepening ASEAN Market Presence
Fatech Takes Part in Vietnam ETE Power Exhibition Series
Recently, the business team of Fatech embarked on a 10-day overseas business trip to Vietnam (July 11 – July 21). Adopting an integrated layout covering pre-show client visits, on-site exhibition negotiations and post-show in-depth field visits, the team participated in the 19th Vietnam International Electricity & New Energy Exhibition (VIETNAM ETE 2026) to further consolidate sales channels across northern and southern Vietnam.
In the early stage of the trip, the team headed to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, to pay courtesy visits to key existing partners and prospective collaborators in the northern region. Both sides held in-depth discussions on surge protection demands for power grid upgrading, industrial parks and new energy projects across Northern Vietnam. They conducted on-site research on local operating standards and project procurement practices in the northern market, and exchanged comprehensive views on the application of lightning protection products under tropical rainy conditions, sample testing and long-term supply solutions, further cementing the foundation of cooperation in Northern Vietnam.
From July 15 to 17, the 19th Vietnam International Electricity & New Energy Exhibition grandly opened at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. As a benchmark professional exhibition for Vietnam’s power and energy sector, the event gathered numerous general power contractors, power distribution equipment distributors and new energy engineering enterprises. At its booth, Fatech showcased a full range of lightning protection and surge protection products as well as systematic solutions, engaging in face-to-face communication with dozens of Vietnamese power engineering firms and equipment distributors. Targeting Vietnam’s coastal climate featuring high salt fog and frequent thunderstorms, the team introduced highly adaptable lightning protection products and customized solutions. Negotiations at the booth were in full swing; the team carried out technical exchanges with many new merchants and secured abundant potential project leads.
Following the exhibition, the team conducted follow-up visits to clients in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region, calling on local engineering and trading companies. Drawing on market insights collected during the exhibition, the team discussed face-to-face the procurement demands for surge protectors in southern photovoltaic and infrastructure projects, and explored cooperation details including localized product adaptation, technical support and order delivery, striving to convert prospective business leads into formal cooperation.
Vietnam is accelerating the construction of power infrastructure and new energy projects. Thunderstorms prevail nationwide, driving sustained market demand for lightning protection solutions. This Vietnam tour has enabled Fatech to connect Hanoi in the north and Ho Chi Minh City in the south, the two core markets of Vietnam, realizing an integrated model of exhibition and trade linking northern and southern regions. Moving forward, Fatech will continue to deepen its footprint in Southeast Asia. Leveraging its mature R&D and manufacturing strengths in surge protection, the company will keep optimizing protective products tailored to operating conditions across ASEAN. With reliable, stable products and responsive technical support, Fatech will join hands with Vietnamese partners to seize opportunities brought by regional energy development, and jointly build a safe and efficient power surge protection system.
