FATECH FV05D/3+NPE series includes FV05D/3+NPE-150(S), FV05D/3+NPE-275(S), FV05D/3+NPE-320(S), FV05D/3+NPE-385(S) and FV05D/3+NPE-440(S), which are Class II+III/C+D/Type2+3 combined surge protective devices.
This 3+NPE configuration SPD is specially designed for TT power distribution systems, adopting protection modes of L1,L2,L3-N and N-PE. It is applicable to nominal voltages of 110/220V and 220/380V, with maximum continuous operating voltage covering 150V to 440V. It delivers a maximum discharge current of 10kA and nominal discharge current of 5kA. The L-N voltage protection level ranges from ≤0.7kV to ≤2.0kV, while N-PE remains stably at ≤1.5kV. It features segmented response time of ≤25 ns for L-N and ≤100 ns for N-PE, ensuring fast and accurate clamping of transient surges.
With isolation resistance above 100 MΩ and a 16A recommended backup fuse, it supports 4mm²–25mm² multi-core wire connection and standard 35mm DIN rail mounting. Equipped with a mechanical status indicator (Green: OK, Red: Replace) and optional remote control contact, it adopts UL94V-0 flame retardant housing and IP20 protection degree. Capable of operating steadily within -40°C~+80°C, 30%~90% humidity and altitude up to 3000m, it is perfectly suited for three-phase four-wire surge and overvoltage protection in TT-system residential, commercial and industrial low-voltage distribution networks.
