FATECH FV05D/3 series including FV05D/3-150(S), FV05D/3-275(S), FV05D/3-320(S), FV05D/3-385(S) and FV05D/3-440(S) are Class II+III/C+D/Type2+3 integrated surge protective devices.
This three-pole SPD is specially applicable for IT power distribution systems with L1,L2,L3-PE protection mode. It covers nominal voltages of 110/220V and 220/380V, with maximum continuous operating voltage from 150V up to 440V. Equipped with maximum discharge current 10kA, nominal discharge current 5kA and rapid response time ≤25ns, it provides graded voltage protection levels from ≤0.6kV to ≤2.0kV to efficiently clamp transient overvoltage and surge interference.
Featuring isolation resistance over 100MΩ and 16A recommended backup fuse, it supports multi-core wire connection of 4mm²–25mm² and standard 35mm DIN rail installation. Built with mechanical status indicator (Green: OK, Red: Replace) and optional remote control contact, it adopts UL94V-0 flame retardant housing and IP20 protection degree. With wide working conditions of -40°C~+80°C temperature, 30%~90% humidity and altitude up to 3000m, it is an ideal overvoltage protection solution for industrial, medical and special IT low-voltage power distribution systems.
