FATECH FV05D/1+NPE series covers FV05D/1+NPE-150(S), FV05D/1+NPE-275(S), FV05D/1+NPE-320(S), FV05D/1+NPE-385(S) and FV05D/1+NPE-440(S), adopting Class II+III/C+D/Type2+3 integrated surge protection design.
This series is specially designed for TT power distribution systems with L-N and N-PE combined protection mode. It adapts to nominal system voltages of 110/220V and 220/380V, with maximum continuous operating voltage ranging from 150V to 440V. It features maximum discharge current 10kA and nominal discharge current 5kA, with graded voltage protection levels: L-N up to ≤0.6kV~≤2.0kV and fixed N-PE protection level ≤1.5kV. The response time is ≤25 ns for L-N and ≤100 ns for N-PE, achieving precise and rapid surge suppression.
With isolation resistance over 100 MΩ and 16A recommended backup fuse, it supports 4mm²–25mm² multi-core wire connection and standard 35mm DIN rail mounting. Equipped with mechanical status indicator (Green: OK, Red: Replace) and optional remote control contact, it adopts UL94V-0 flame retardant housing and IP20 protection degree. It operates reliably at -40°C~+80°C, 30%~90% humidity and altitude up to 3000m, ideal for single-phase terminal overvoltage and surge protection in TT system residential, commercial and industrial low-voltage distribution applications.
