FATECH FLP03 series, including FLP03-150-P/G, FLP03-150-S/G, FLP03-275-P/G, FLP03-275-S/G, FLP03-320-P/G, FLP03-320-S/G, FLP03-385-P/G and FLP03-385-S/G, are Class II+III/C+D/T2+T3 combined surge protective devices developed for LED street light systems.
Suitable for 120V, 230V and 380V LED street light power supply networks, this series offers continuous operating voltages of 150V, 275V, 320V and 385V. It features maximum discharge current 6kA and nominal discharge current 3kA, providing graded voltage protection levels for L-N, N-PE and L-PE circuits to effectively suppress transient surge overvoltage.
It achieves fast response time of ≤25ns for L-N and ≤100ns for N-PE, with a recommended backup fuse of 16A. Different from other models, this version is designed without internal thermal cut-off member, adopting basic three-loop protection mode for cost-effective conventional surge protection.
With IP66 high waterproof and dustproof grade, UL94V-0 flame retardant housing, wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +80°C and applicable altitude up to 3000m, it is economical and durable, ideal for general municipal LED street lighting, outdoor lamps and cost-sensitive lightning protection projects.
